I was struck during a sermon with the idea that I wanted God to live in me, and drew flowers to represent the growth I wanted to have in my life from this relationship.
However, through the process of painting, I wanted to represent with butterflies the idea that God was transforming me by living inside me. The butterflies seemed to capture this sense better.
